No Refunds

All course enrollments are final. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree that refunds will not be provided under normal circumstances. This policy ensures that our pricing remains fair and sustainable for all participants. We encourage you to review the course details, requirements, and policies carefully before enrolling. Refund Exceptions

Refunds are granted only under the following specific conditions:

a) Act of God:

Refunds may be considered if unforeseen and uncontrollable events, such as natural disasters, make it impossible for DWI Classes to deliver the course. Examples of such events include earthquakes, hurricanes, floods, and other emergencies.
In such cases, we will strive to communicate with affected students promptly and explore alternative solutions. If no viable alternatives are available, a refund may be issued to ensure fairness.

b) Technical Issues on Our End:

If a technical problem on DWI Classes’s side prevents you from accessing or completing your course, and all reasonable troubleshooting steps have been unsuccessful, you may qualify for a refund. Examples include server outages, system errors, or other technical failures beyond your control.

c) 30-Day Money Back Guarantee:
If you sign up for the correct course, complete it, receive your certificate, and submit it on time, but the court or probation officer does not accept your DWI Classes certificate, let us know with evidence before 30 days. We will try to discuss the situation with the court or probation officer first to get you a resolution, and if they still don’t accept the certificate, we will issue a full refund. Please note that technical issues on the user’s end, such as internet connectivity problems or device compatibility, do not qualify for a refund under this policy.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under the exceptions outlined above, please follow these steps:

Submit a Formal Request: Send an email to info@dwiclasses.com within 10 days of encountering the issue. Late requests may not be considered.

Provide Evidence: Include all relevant details in your request, such as screenshots, error messages, or documentation of the Act of God event. This information will help us evaluate your claim efficiently.

Cooperate with the Review Process: Our team may request additional details or conduct further investigations to verify the issue. Prompt responses will help us resolve your case faster.

Refund Approval Process

Every refund request undergoes a thorough review to ensure fairness and consistency. DWI Classes reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the information provided.

Approval: If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method.

Denial: If your request is denied, we will provide an explanation. In some cases, alternative resolutions may be offered, such as course extensions or credit for future courses.

Our goal is to resolve all refund requests in a timely and professional manner.
