I believe this is a great stepping stone for many people on the effects of drug and alcohol use that many may not have considered. The information could be updated as it is from 2011. Despite this, the overall presentation was very informative and helpful in giving some background to laws, regulations, and the actual affects drug and alcohol abuse has had on individuals in the class.

Here are some common questions to help you better understand our classes and processes.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are only issued if DWI Class Cancels the course. If a student fails to attend all scheduled class sessions, they will be disenrolled and must re-enroll through dwiclass.com. No refunds will be provided for missed attendance.

Can I reschedule my class?

Yes, you may reschedule your class as long as it has not yet started. Once the class begins, rescheduling is no longer permitted.

How long does the DOEP class take?

The DOEP course lasts 15 hours total, typically completed over 5 consecutive days, with 3-hour sessions each day.

How long does the DWIE class take?

The DWIE course is 12 hours total, completed over 3 consecutive days with 4-hour sessions each day.

When will I receive my Certificate of Completion?

For online courses, certificates are available immediately upon successful completion. For in-person or mailed certificates, Texas Mandated Classes will send your certificate—along with a copy to DPS if required—within 10 business days of course completion.

What if I’m late for class?

If you're late to class, you may be denied entry depending on how late you arrive. In such cases, you'll need to re-enroll and pay the full course fee again.

Can I take DOEP, DWIE, and/or DWII classes on my cell phone?

Yes, you can use your cell phone for classes. However, during the final exam (held in the last class session), you'll need a second device. You must remain clearly visible on camera while completing the exam.
