Our Texas DWI education class online is specifically tailored for first-time DUI/DWI offenders in Texas who have received a conviction resulting in a driver’s license suspension. This course is fully certified by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) and approved by the Department of Public Safety (DPS).
The class provides essential knowledge, practical skills, and vital resources to help participants make responsible alcohol-related decisions and prevent future violations.If you’ve been convicted more than once, you may be required to complete the longer, court-ordered DWI Intervention Class instead.

How the Live Zoom Class Works

This convenient live Zoom DWI education course is delivered across three consecutive days, with each session lasting four hours. All three sessions must be completed sequentially to satisfy court-mandated requirements.
Please note that missed sessions cannot be rescheduled or made up later. If you miss a session, you’ll need to re-enroll on a new date and repay the registration fee.

Both Jai and Haley are very passionate about teaching this program. There is alot of helpful information in the form of a workbook and videos. Even though some of the information is several years old (like statistics) you are able to understand how serious drinking/ drug use and driving can effect your life and all the people around you. The program helps you to understand why you might relapse and ways to prevent future incidents.

I took both the Drug offender program and the alcohol one for probation requirements and both instructors were really informative. John is an amazing guy with a sense of humor who also cares a lot about his class. Haley is also a very good instructor and her backstory being a former drug user makes the class more personal because she genuinely cares about helping people. I recommend the Alamo center for these classes because they’re informative, quick, and you can learn from the comfort of your own home. Thank you both 🙂

I believe this is a great stepping stone for many people on the effects of drug and alcohol use that many may not have considered. The information could be updated as it is from 2011. Despite this, the overall presentation was very informative and helpful in giving some background to laws, regulations, and the actual affects drug and alcohol abuse has had on individuals in the class.

When Will My Certificate Be Sent to DPS?

Certificates for DOEP, DWI-E, and DWI-II courses are mailed to DPS within 10 business days after you successfully complete the class.

Can I Reschedule a Class?

Yes, you can reschedule your class as long as it hasn’t started yet.

What If I’m Late for Class?

If you arrive late, you may be locked out and required to restart the course from the beginning. This will also require full repayment.

Can I Take These Classes If I Live in Kent County?

Absolutely! You can enroll from anywhere in Texas, including Kent County—our court-approved classes are fully accessible statewide.

What If I Need to Miss a Session?

Since DWIClass is licensed by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation, all sessions are mandatory. Missing a session means restarting the course and paying the full fee again.
